2023-2024 Dress Code: Pre-Professional Division

General Notes (JD1 - CD3)

  • No jewelry except stud earrings
  • No phones, apple watches, etc.; phones brought into the studio must be turned off or on do not disturb and in dance bag.
  • Dancers should not arrive or leave the studio wearing only leotard and tights, please bring some kind of coverup
  • Dancers must have proper shoes for each class, absolutely NO street shoes in the studio.
  • Dance shoes should only be worn in the studio.
  • Conservatory Division dancers should have at least two class leotards and two pairs of tights
  • Tights and shoes for female-identifying students may be pink or skin tone; tights and shoes must match

Junior Division (JD1-CDA)

Male-Identifying Dancers (All Levels)

  • White form-fitting t-shirt (tucked into shorts/tights)
  • Black bike shorts (JD1-3 only) or full-length black tights
  • White socks
  • Capezio leather full sole white ballet shoes

Junior Division 1 [JD1]

  • Só Dança leotard (SL-08/SL-09): LIGHT BLUE << new color!
  • Capezio Ultra Soft ballet tights (#1916) – ballet pink or skin tone
  • Capezio leather full sole ballet shoes
  • Hair in bun, with hairnet

Junior Division 2 [JD2]

  • Só Dança leotard (SL-08/SL-09): HUNTER GREEN
