Video Audition Requirements

Dancers ages 11 – 18

For all exercises, only one side of a combination is needed. Auditioning students should feel free to be creative in the creation of their exercises.

Barre

1. Pliés in first, second, fourth and fifth positions
2. Tendu from fifth position
3. Frappé
4. Grand Battement from fifth position

Center

1. Adagio including promenade
2. Pirouette
3. Grand Allegro

Pointe

1. Échappé
2. Piqué Turns

Please note a classical ballet variation performance showcasing pointe work may be provided in lieu of class work.
