BalletNova studios are available for rent for your next party, wedding, anniversary celebration, bar/bat mitzvah, or special event.

Cleaning fee - $250 (either you provide professional cleaning service or we charge for this service). Space must be brought back to the same clean condition it was when event started; trash must be disposed of in dumpster in the back of building.
Initial Deposit is 20% of estimated total rental cost and is non-refundable; 2 weeks prior to the event remaining balance is due. Security Deposit - a refundable security deposit of $250 is required for Performance events. The check will be held until after the event and an inspection is completed by BalletNova.
Alcohol is OK - but you will need to get your own license from Fairfax County (usually takes 2 - 3 weeks). Reminder - state law prohibits sale or distribution of alcohol to minors under 21 years of age. No beverages or ice are allowed in Studio F.
All music must end NO LATER than 1:00 AM (out by 2:00 AM) unless optional extension fee is paid. A supervisor will be provided from the start of the event until 1 hour after the event ends. The building must be vacated within 1 hour after the event ends or a penalty will be charged of $200 per hour. The facility is expected to be left in good condition.
Please note unusual heavy cleaning will be considered damage and a charge will be deducted from the security deposit. During the school year access to some studios is limited when dance classes are being held. Earlier entry may be available during school holidays and during the summer when school is not in session. The catering kitchen may be used on Friday after 10:00 AM for storage of reception items.
All rentals require a Rental Request Form and signed contract adhering to BalletNova policies and procedures. Renters are allowed to place marketing materials in our community room and on the door during their event. All renters are required to provide proof of insurance.
